I'm a Cuban girl residing in Miami, Florida.  I was surfing on "Christian
Missionaries"
and somehow stumbled across your site.  WOW! God bless you!
My grandfather and dad have pastored.  My dad and mom, Jesús and Cristy, are currently pastoring in Miami affiliated with the Church of God in Anderson, Indiana.  I myself want to serve God, so I'm attending Warner Southern College in Lake Wales, Florida.
I have been struggling with the idea of serving God with all I have and
getting married.  But I saw Monk Linda and she's just glowing Holy Spirit all over her, and her husband as well.  I'm so sure God's with you guys.

I would love to contact you. Do you have any Summer Programs? I want to be part of what you're doing! I would like to receive more information about your organization and be a monk myself, why not!?  All I know is that I want to glow Holy Spirit too!

Love you guys, Blessings in the Lord our God!
Cristilyn (Florida)

I found you (by Search Engine) with the "Christian Monk" phrase.  This is after several hours of wordy and complicated phrases.
Simplicity certainly serves me best.
I have sent the request to be added to your Lay Monks by USPS.
I have searched since the early 1970's for spiritual answers.  Mostly with the drive for the monastic life.
Ran the gambit of Islam, Buddhism, Benedictine, etc.
Realized I was looking for outside items, robes, shaved heads as I looked for respect.
Now I know I need to look inside for the answers.
Hence, accepting Jesus as my Saviour.
The simplicity is inspiring and your Growing in Christ (Training Course) is a very good start for me.
Prayer is new, however.
Thanks for the interest.
May God smile on your endeavors,
Vince (Wyoming)

Somehow I stumbled upon your website. Brother Sun, Sister Moon is also my favorite movie.  I watch it all the time, I even taped all the music
off it and made a CD and am trying to figure out the guitar chords for
the songs.  Anyways, I got a little excited since I haven't met anyone
yet with a similar passion for the movie.  My wife and I live in St.
Louis, just moved from Detroit. We attend Covenant Seminary full-time.
I didn't get a chance to find out much of what you are about.....what
are you about?
In Christ,
Eric (St. Louis, Missouri)

Comment from The Prayer Foundation That's easy! We're about: Christ.  Prayer is all about Christ.  Evangelism is all about Christ.  That's it---everything else is just details of the above.  Our Mission Statement (purpose) is: "To Promote Prayer Among All Christians and Proclaim Jesus Christ to the World!"

Fellow Monks,
I was just at the website.  I am amazed it seems to keep growing.  I did
not realize on the Hours you could click on some of the verses and it would go to them.  Seems every time I go to the website I'm learning something new.
Thank you for the Monk Certificate, I put it on a plaque and laminated the Card right away.  I'm just thankful and I wanted to say so.  So thanks for being there.
Monk Dave (Tennessee)

I live in Sweden and want to start in your training course to become equipped for a Christian task and goal in Christ as a monk.
Ready to start next week and I agree with your Statement of Faith.
Greetings  from,                                                                                       Johannes H. (Skövde, Sweden)

I found your beautiful web site today.  I am a practicing Roman Catholic mother of three blessed children, and wife of a wonderful and adoring husband.  God bless and thank you.                                                            In God's tender care,   Theresa (Madison, New York)

P.S., I like your pictures on the web of Monk-Dog "Wolfgang".  He's so cute!  My girls would like him!  Pet him for me and my girls. ____________________________________________________________
