Plan of Salvation

Image: portion of illuminated manuscript page from "The Book of Kells."

Our Father, who art in Heaven, hallowed be thy name.

Thy Kingdom come, thy will be done,

On Earth, as it is in Heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread, And forgive us our trespasses,

As we forgive those who trespass against us.

And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil,

For thine is the Kingdom, and the Power, and the Glory, Forever and ever.  Amen.

                        (Matthew 6:913; Luke 11:2-4)

On Easter Day, an estimated two billion Christians (Eastern Orthodox, Roman Catholic, and Protestant) will read, recite, or sing this prayer in hundreds of languages: "These words always unite us."

(The Lord's Prayer should be prayed daily.) ______________________________
