I would like to extend my sincerest thanks and love to God the Father for answering my prayers...I am now a fully pledged Medical Doctor, and I owe everything to the Lord our God...God Is Truly Great! May this short letter inspire other people to call on God and Trust
His Love. A "Thank you very much" to the monks and others who prayed for me. God bless all of you.

Many thanks to you for all the fervent prayers you have offered up to the Almighty God on behalf of my mother. Well the operation has already been performed and she has been kept under observation. She will return home in the evening. Well with your prayers peace descended upon each one of us in the home and deep down in my heart I have the assurance all is well. Thanks once again for all your fervent Prayers.

Dear fellow Monks,

I just wanted to praise the Lord for his provision. My tuition for Spring 2005 is being paid for my the National Guard, I am using my last benefit from the G.I. bill, and I will be a work study at the VA hospital near the school. I will be taking 18 hours to complete my requirements for my English major, Asian studies minor, and have already completed enough requirements for a non-teaching minor in secondary education.

Oh, by the way, when I graduate, I hope to apply for the JET program or help one of my Christian Chinese friends in ****** in teaching English. Depends on financial ability and the Lord's blessings.

I visited Kuwait last week for an interview with my head office management and they have asked me join them by January 2005. Thank you so much also for praying for delivering me from the negative thoughts/erratic health problems...now I have started to rejoice in my Lord, my Saviour. Glory be to The Father, The Son and The Holy Spirit.

Praise the Lord!! God answered my prayer and I am getting paid for my work!! Praise God!! Thank you so much for praying! Also my son's mouth healed nicely from the wisdom teeth extractions. Praise God again!

Praise the Lord Jesus!,

Many Thanks to you for all the fervent Prayers you have offered up to the Almighty God on behalf of me. It gives me great Joy to tell you that the Almighty God has been showering his abundant Blessing upon me because of your fervent Prayers. Those in authority have given me permission to take holiday every Saturday. Well another great blessing that the Almighty God has showered upon me is, that he has touched the hearts of all those in authority and as a result of this they have given me the entire salary of 2,000 rupees for the whole month, when I have worked there only for 15 days. The one who gave me the salary said this is our Christmas gift to you. Although I am delayed in the Office because the Vehicles are not available or the drivers are not available, but because of God's divine favour, arrangements are made to drop me back home by the company's vehicle itself. Well, I am still learning the extension board numbers and trying to learn each and every thing pertaining to Telephone Operating.

ANSWER TO PRAYER: Dear Prayer Warriors in Jesus,

I have recently been receiving tremendous healing for the muscles in my neck. They were all knotted up with stuck energy (fear). It felt like a raw nerve ending. I grew up in a violent Alcoholic home. That is the root cause of my illness. I am almost completely healed, praise God and Jesus I am so happy. All Glory to God and Jesus. I love them so much. ANSWER TO PRAYER: Praise God! A good report out of India! Native missionary Pastor Manrathan and his wife, and Bible lady Sarita have all been released from bondage.
Though all three were beaten before their release, they have all been
returned safe. There is no evidence of the ransom being paid. Upon
hearing of this persecution, seventeen other native pastors went to the
village and spoke with each of the hostage takers. Though they were met with hostility, they watched as the Spirit of God softened hearts, and
within a short time, the decision was made to release the captives.

ORIGINAL PRAYER REQUEST (9/11/04):

Please pray for native missionary Pastor Manrathan and his wife, and for
Bible distributor Sarita.  These folks are Indian nationals who work with
Gospel For Asia.  The pastor and his wife have been captured, beaten and
threatened with death.  Sarita is also being held hostage.  The group
responsible is the same one that burned alive missionary Graham Staines and
his children a few years ago.

Many thanks to the Prayer Warriors for upholding my family and I during our recent time of loss. My children received the news of their grand-mother's death with sadness yes, but also with a great amount of joy because they know she is with Jesus! The peace of God was strong in our home, and at the funeral. Praise God for the Comforter! Brother Seamus (Ontario, Canada)
