                                                                                                                     Original Prayer Request (2/28/02):                                                              Dear friends,
Prayer request for our worship Leader Jim. Jim was found to have leukemia last week and admitted to hospital. He just finished his first round of chemo. This week his body has to rejuvenate and remake the good blood cells he needs. On Monday he'll be tested to see if this is happening. Pray that Jesus heals him. Also uphold Jim's wife and children Wendy and Jamie, praying the peace that passeth all understanding into their hearts. Another request is that God provide financially. Jim's Insurance will only cover this hospital stay. I am hoping that the healing touch of our Lord would indeed be poured into Jim's body in such a way that he would require no more hospitalization.

ANSWER TO PRAYER: I am just sending you an update on Jim who has Leukemia. It is a wonderful praise. Today the results of the bone marrow came back and it is cancer free. It is wonderful news.
Once again I can only say thank you and that Jim and Kim would thank you personally themselves if they could. We so appreciate all of your prayers.

P.S. ...there is a wonderful Christian man who is willing to pay all financial outlays of Kim and Jim's over this time so that when they return home there will be no debt at all. Again this is just God's abundant provision. I have tears in my eyes typing this as I feel very blessed to see God's hand outworking all of this. Thank you once again.

Thank you for all your prayers...Today I received a miracle...The DA decided to drop the charge against me...I do believe in the power of prayer and miracles...all I ever asked was that the Truth be known and today after three long years I got my answer...a dismissal of a crime that I never did commit...Thank you everyone for praying for me...I am forever in your debt. Greetings,

I have submitted two prayer requests; one for a friend with cancer who underwent a bone marrow transplant; and one for my step-mother who was facing eye surgery. God has blessed them with his healing, and the prayers were answered. My friend continues to improve and my step mother is slowly recovering. Thank you so much for your prayers.

Just want to send you an update about Nicco, and thank you so much for praying for him. Nicco turned 5 on February 4th, and he is doing well. Wednesday February 20th the hospital had an off-chemo party for him with a lot of people attending. It was a very happy occasion. The last MRI still does not show any more shrinkage of the tumor, but the Dr's look at how well he is doing and they are very optimistic about his future.

They say they can not explain why the tumor stopped growing, but we tell them it is because of all the prayers that has been said for him.

Nicco is catching up fast, he is speaking quite well, and his strength is coming back. He has also started preschool, and he loves it.

By the way, Nicco had an IQ test, and after all he has gone through,

he tested above normal. He truly is a miracle.

The last 2 years have not been easy, and I know that it is your prayers

that have pulled us through.

Praise be to the Lord!
My father died just two months ago. He was 90 years of age and a retired Headmaster/Principal. He was a staunch Muslim, President of the Jama'ath Committee (Muslim Diocesan Committee) for a long time and was very particular in the rituals of Islam. But a few months before his death he fully heard about Jesus from me and accepted Him as his personal saviour. Ciniraj (India)

A while back I sent in a prayer request for my friend and step mother. I just wanted to share with you that my friend is doing much better and continues to hold his own and improve. My step mother is doing fine. She still has other treatments to under-go, but so far things seem to be coming along well. I thank everyone for their prayers. God truly answers prayer.
